Lauren Thornton

Lauren is an Omaha native, and the newest addition to the Stortz Financial Group family. Lauren brings a bubbly, people-focused personality to the office, and loves getting to meet as many people as possible. After studying psychology and studio art, she taught Montessori preschool for a few years before moving into a corporate office environment, but continues to apply the calmness, empathy, and creativity learned early on to all areas of her life. Since then, she has worked in the medical aesthetics industry as an administrative professional, as well as in the heavy machinery industry as a training coordinator, supporting employee development.

Outside of work, Lauren spends as much time as possible with her friends and family, and lives with her fiancée, Jordan, and their 3 cats, Lily, Lucy, and Koh, in a home filled with plants and antiques, and she continues to practice her art.
